This cancellation and refund policy is part of our Terms of service, between you and Ace Way Solutions, operating as Split Next Lane.
In short: try Split Next Lane free before you pay, and cancel at any time. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it. A charge made in error is always put right.
Try it first
Each new workspace gets a 7-day free trial of Core for up to 5 users, and no payment card is needed to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial. Use it to decide whether Split Next Lane is right for you before you pay.
Cancel any time
You can cancel at any time. Your workspace keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. A removed user also takes effect at the end of that period, so you keep what you paid for until then.
No refunds
Payments already made, including monthly renewals and the charge for an added user, are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period.
A charge made in error
If you are charged in error, for example twice for the same period or after you cancelled, tell us and we will put it right: the charge is returned to the payment method you used. We answer within 2 business days and return the charge within 7 business days of confirming the error. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Your data after cancelling
A Manager can export the workspace’s data at any time while the workspace is active, so export it before the paid period ends. After that the workspace closes and cannot be reopened. How long its data is then kept, and how to have it deleted sooner, is set out in our Privacy policy.
Returns and exchanges
Split Next Lane is software you use online. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return or exchange. If the service does not work as described, tell us and we will put it right.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away a right the law gives you. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a purchase and be refunded, we honour it.
