A contract

One signed carrier's contract: its status, its signed PDF and its history.

This page is for Managers.

Open a contract from Contracts. It says who signed it and when, and who handled the handoff.

The signed PDF

Attach the signed contract under Documents for this contract, with the type set to Signed contract. The handoff cannot be acknowledged without it. Only a Manager can open a signed contract.

When terms change

Record re-signing records a new agreement on the lead. This contract is marked superseded, and the new one waits for handoff. See When a carrier signs.
